1. What is the difference between sending my CV to hr.ess@kpmg.gr and justjobs@kpmg.gr?

You apply to hr.ess@kpmg.gr for positions that are managed by KPMG's Executive Search and Selection Unit. For these positions KPMG is responsible to evaluate all CVs sent in response to the ad on behalf of the company who has the job opening. You can tell which jobs are managed by KPMG as they will be identified with the following: "this job is handled by KPMG", or if the company would like to remain anonymous, the ad will say "A key market player". When sending your CV to hr.ess@kpmg.gr you will receive an automatically generated e-mail that will confirm the receipt of your CV.

You apply to justjobs@kpmg.gr for positions that are managed directly by the company posting the position, which however, would like to remain anonymous. For these positions, KPMG is only responsible to forward the CVs to the company posting the ad.

2. If I send my CV to hr.ess@kpmg.gr, should I be worried that you will send my CV to companies without informing me first?

No, you should not worry, as our procedure for positions managed by KPMG is to first discuss the position further with you before taking any further action.

9. I have created my job profile but I never receive job alerts. Did I do something wrong?

Two things may be the cause for this:
EITHER, you have made your profile very restrictive and therefore there are no positions placed on justjobs.gr that exactly fit your profile OR you may have unchecked the box placed on the appropriate page in your account and which concerns salary range restrictions.

10. Why is it that sometimes the document I try to save on myjustjobs account is not being accepted?

The most likely reason is that the document has more than the 150KB that is allowed. To reduce the KB of your file try doing the following: take out photos and graphics that are not absolutely necessary.
