Position Requirements
|
Main Responsibilities include the following:
- assisting management in its risk management efforts
- supervising the operations of the risk management system
- coordinating risk management efforts across the company
- creating a consolidated view of company risks
- identifying and assessing emerging risks
- providing detail on risk exposure
- regularly assessing the efficiency of the risk-management system
- managing the ORSA process

Candidate Profile
|
Professional Qualifications Required:
- Degree at postgraduate level in Finance, Insurance or Business Administration.
- 3-5 years of risk management experience in insurance or banking with a detailed understanding of EU directives related to risk / solvency.
- Thorough understanding of legal framework and risk management methodologies applied by Insurance and / or Banking institutions.
Skills Required:
- Excellent knowledge of the English language.
- Strong PC literacy.
- Strong process orientation.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- High level of initiative, commitment and professionalism.
- Planning and organizing skills.
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-orientation.
- Team spirit.
