Position Requirements
|
Reporting to the Head of IT and managing the team of system administrators, the right candidate will be responsible to coordinate, control and participate in the development of the Company Infrastructure.
- Ensures the efficient operation of the Company Information, Network & Telecommunication Systems in a timely, appropriate and cost effective manner.
- Manages the implementation of all projects related to systems and networks to ensure timely and efficient completion.
- Participates in the development and implementation of the compnay's IT strategic plan.
- Ensures that Company IS security policies are applied properly and thus a high level of IS security is maintained.
- Prepares the budget for his area of responsibility following the Company business needs.
- Keeps abreast of all new technological developments and ensures their transfer to the Company's systems.
- Leads, motivates, develops and controls a team of subordinates.

Candidate Profile
|
- University Degree in Information Technology or Engineering. A Master's Degree will be a considered an asset.
- Minimum 6 years of professional experience in an IT department 3 of which at a supervising role.
- Extensive experience in Systems and Networks Administration.
- Fluency in English.
- Solid project management experience.
- Analytical and Critical thinking.
- People management skills.
- Co-operative and results-oriented.
- Professional working standards.
