Position Requirements
|
Leading a team of professionals, the right incumbent will be responsible for the overall management of a full product line, ensuring achievement of operational efficiency, business volume, customer service standards and bottom line results.
- Develop, propose, review and ensure the implementation of the company's operational policies, practices and procedures so as to enhance operational efficiency and service effectiveness, while at the same time safeguarding the company's interests.
- Drive business development through strategic planning, market analysis and targeted product development and promotion in the proper channels.
- Select, train and motivate people to constantly attain high standards of performance as well as review through performance management and KPI measurement.
- Liaise with the company's partners, ensuring that partnerships are fruitful and mutually beneficial, guiding own teams in harvesting the benefits through systematic follow up and monitoring.
- Comply with company's policy and legislation, ensuring proper communication and adherence to the team members.

Candidate Profile
|
- University degree. A postgraduate degree will be considered an asset.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in a relevant position in the insurance field, 5 out of which at a senior managerial role.
- Sound technical and product expertise.
- Fluency in English.
- Innovative thinking.
- Continuous improvement mentality.
- Planning & organizing skills.
- Leadership skills.
- Self motivation, strong achievement drive and commitment.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking.
- Very good communication skills and relationship building ability.
