Position Requirements
|
Reporting to the General Manager and coordinating the medical department, the right incumbent will be responsible for all company's clinical trials, for the provision of medical information, both internally and externally, and for the medical support to the marketing, sales and regulatory department.
- Set up and execute clinical trials and drug monitoring projects
- Keep up to date with relevant medical developments in order to be able to provide answers to medical questions both to external and internal clients
- Be in charge of EOF reporting and for the reporting of adverse events (pharmacovigilence)
- Be responsible for the medical product training of the sales force
- Provide medical support to other company departments in terms of giving his/her medical approval for promotional materials and advice regarding the selection of guest speakers for medical presentations

Candidate Profile
|
- University degree in medicine, preferably with specialization in pathology. Postgraduate/Phd degree will be considered a plus
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
- Excellent command of the English language
- Computer literacy
- Strong communication skills
- Flexibility, efficiency and results orientation
- Entrepreneurial abilities with strong team building skills
- Persuasion and negotiation skills
