For our Customer Operations in Greece we currently are looking for a full-time Junior Workforce Analyst in order to strengthen our Customer Operations and Excellence Department

Job description

  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets in order to develop capacity and forecast plans

  • Applying statistical models etc. for forecasting

  • Developing and implementing data analyses, data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality

  • Acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining/update databases

  • Deploying intraday-monthly reports on staff attendance

  • Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports

  • Use of Workforce Management software for end-to-end resource planning cycle (Forecasting-Scheduling-Assignment)

  • Conduct other data mining, diagnostic and predictive analytics as required

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics/Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics or equivalent field (Master’s degree in equivalent fields will be considered as an asset)

  • Familiarity with PBX/CTI technology would be considered an asset

  • Very good knowledge of MS Office Suite with expertise at Microsoft Excel and good knowledge of Access and VBA

  • Very good knowledge of SQL and experience in programming languages (Python, R etc.) would be considered an asset        

  • Experience in IBM Modeler would be considered an asset    

  • Very good knowledge of English language

  • Customer orientation and willingness to make the maximum effort to deliver for the customer

  • Team player, can-do mentality, with strong organizational, problem solving skills

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision

  • Decision maker who evaluates the given information and takes efficient initiatives

  • Interpersonal communication, analytical and problem solving skills as well as the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
