We are seeking to employ a Senior Manager to strengthen our Financial Services (FS) Strategy and Operations team. Our focus is to help our clients in the financial sector to execute their transformation strategy of delivering change in their non-performing loans (NPL) business and operating models, by applying our deep understanding of the market, leading technologies and methodologies.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of professionals, delivering our strategy and operations transformation NPL management market proposition. The position will require the ability to formulate and understand the business case for transformation, effective communication and collaborative mindset, passion for execution and performance improvement as well as deep understanding of the Banking and the Servicing Industry business and operations.
Candidates for this level must have the appropriate experience and qualifications as described below.
Solid academic background in either Banking, Risk Management, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Mathematics or Engineering from a prominent University (local or foreign), with a Master’s degree in a relative subject.
Relevant professional qualifications or certifications in agile methods will be considered an asset.
A minimum of 8-10 years of prior working experience in similar areas and projects, in a Professional Services Advisory firm or a Financial Institution.
Design and implementation of operating model transformation across the NPL management value chain (front to back).
Strong business analysis skills for the digitalization / re-engineering of processes and the improvement of operational capabilities in debt servicing companies.
Excellent understanding of the Retail and Wholesale NPL management business model and respective operations.
Excellent understanding of the Debt Servicing Industry business models and set ups.
Strong relationship management and business development skills.
Strong and tested project management and leadership skills in complex and multidisciplinary initiatives.
Ability to lead and motivate teams. Excellent analytical, problem solving and project management skills, coupled with quality orientation.
Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills in both Greek and English. Computer literacy.
