SIA Group is a European leader in the design, creation and management of technology infrastructures and services for Financial Institutions, Central Banks, Corporates and the Public Sector, in the areas of payments, cards, network services and capital markets, providing services to over 50 countries.

For our Operations in Greece we are currently looking for a Junior Service Control Manager in order to strengthen our IT Infrastructures Department.


The jobholder will be responsible for:

  • Supporting other Production Control and Service Operations Management structures in the incident impact analysis phases, whether they are reported by customers or identified by monitoring systems

  • Supervising the technical-functional evolution of the application and infrastructural monitoring systems, in order to prevent the occurrence of accidents in production and to facilitate the investigation in the case of anomalies

  • Ensuring "business minded" information content in communications to clients and / or Client support facilities for service incidents

  • Promoting the evolution of the incident management process, monitoring the resolution phases and defining innovative tools and methods in coordination, where necessary, with the service line and / or development and / or provisioning structures

  • Evaluating with the Account Managers the implications and the need to adapt the monitoring systems based on the commercial agreements

  • Checking the adequacy of the monitoring streams planned by the PMs in new service / customer projects

  • Representing SIA in joint OIPs with customers for related issues with the Production Control mission

Candidate Profile



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or equivalent

  • 3+ years of IT experience in Infrastructures in a relevant position

  • Excellent command of the English language


Other Skills:

  • Very good understanding of IT processes/functions   

  • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks
