Description / Requirements


Our client, a well-established multinational company based in Northern Greece, is seeking to recruit a Head of Employer Branding.


Reporting to the HR Director, the right incumbent will lead the Employer Branding Team and will be responsible for designing and implementing the employer branding strategy of the company.


More specifically, he/she will undertake role and responsibilities as follows:

  • Designs and develops the company’s employer branding strategy

  • In charge of the employer branding strategy for two countries (Greece & Cyprus)

  • Organizes and participates in events, conferences and workshops

  • Works on the increase of interest for the HR Marketing in targeted teams through Universities (ex. Collaboration with Universities, participation in Open Days and Career Days).

  • Monitors and updates Social Media communication channels for the HR (development of strategy and presentation of the content)

  • Develops strategic plans for the Social Media regarding HR aspects

  • Implements and monitors of HR & Marketing metrics in order to evaluate the efficiency of the tools used

  • Liaises between Communication, Marketing and HR Departments

  • In charge of the content of the company’s website regarding careers and the company’s pages in Social Media.

  • Implements training activities for HR and Marketing related issues

  • Monitors market trends, competition and implementing related research

  • Designs and implements of Microsites and applications regarding HR Marketing issues

  • Designs and coordinates the content regarding internal communication for projects relating to the company’s personnel

  • Closely communicates with the mother company

Candidate Profile

  • University degree in Communication, HR, Marketing, Social Sciences or a Business-related subject. A master’s degree will be considered as an asset

  • At least of 8 years of professional experience in HR/Marketing roles with a strong track record in employer branding initiatives

  • Fluent verbal and written English skills

  • Very strong MS Office skills

  • Ability to communicate across all levels of the organization and functions

  • Very strong decision-making and problem-solving skills

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Well-developed people management skills, team spirit, reliability
