Our client, a well-established company in the FMCG industry, is looking for a Product Manager.

The ideal candidate should possess a unique blend of business and technical skillset; a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality. You enjoy spending time on market search to identify current and future trends, and you must have a flair for innovative solutions.  Attention to detail and an appreciation for high quality output, along with the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into consumer benefits are absolutely essential.


Main responsibilities

  • Excellent relationship management on a daily basis, both internally across departments, as well as externally with international associations

  • Campaigns management across a diverse and complex set of marketing channels, including advertising (digital and print), webinars, podcasts, EDM / DM, Social Media, Business Groups, Conferences and Events, Media Releases and more

  • Campaigns evaluation and assessment, with analytical and insightful post-implementation review

  • Participation in high-stakes product marketing meetings, negotiating with external marketing peers, while keeping abreast of company’s interests and carefully managing relationships

  • New product launches, with proactive preparation and well-defined set of actions

  • Sales tracking and reporting

  • Market share reporting

  • Competition monitoring 

  • Advertising budget management 

  • Tactical, regular and ad-hoc sales initiatives 

  • Marketing collateral development, including brochures, application forms, contracts, T&Cs, etc

 

Candidate Profile

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Communications, Business or related field. A Master’s degree and relevant international certifications will be considered an asset. 

  • Between three (3) and five (5) years of experience in product marketing, professional services or technology marketing, preferably in an international environment 

  • Expert user of the English language at fluent level – preferably mother tongue or C2 level at a minimum  

  • Able to work in a high-volume, fast-paced, and  deadline-driven environment 

  • Highly skilled communicator and Negotiator. Analytical skills and ability to analyze data and carry out research
