Description / Requirements


Job holder ensures sales, including pre-sales and after sales management, related to his/her clients. S/He is also responsible for maintaining long-term relationships with them and actively seek for new sales opportunities.

Main responsibilities:

  • Negotiates contracts and closes agreements to maximize profits

  • Serves as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters

  • Builds and maintains strong, long-lasting client relationships

  • Develops trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and customer stakeholders

  • Ensures the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives

  • Forecasts and tracks key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)

  • Prepares reports on account status

Candidate Profile

  • BS/BA degree in Engineering, Economics or Business Administration

  • At least 2 years of experience in Sales (energy or industry sector is a plus)

  • Certified energy inspector (optional)

  • Power User of MS Office

  • Familiarity with CRM software systems

  • Fluent speaking/writing English Language

  • Ability to travel in Greece (up to 30% of working time)

  • Well organized & results oriented

  • Excellent communication skills
