Our client is a well-established company operating in the services industry. The position holder will lead the effective development, execution and implementation of IT strategic projects on behalf of their company-clients.
Develops, manages and tracks the overall project plan, controls, budget and work assignments in alignment with the company’s policies and standards, while monitors project progress.
Defines the project brief and sets client expectations in respect of deliverables, plans and management of the project.
Conducts Business plans and market analysis in order to identify the best options and recommend strategic initiatives.
Keeps constantly updated and completed the project documentation including project charter, time-plan, resource utilization levels, correspondence, vendor contracts, purchase orders and progress reports.
Maintains high level view of all projects and handles project-related issues that emerge during and after project implementation as a point of escalation.
Monitors specific targeted KPIs and business metrics, including realization, costs, expenses, savings, benefit, risk, issues and scope and reports to all stakeholders on a regular agreed basis.
Manages project issues engaging all the team members and initiating corrective/ preventive actions.
Facilitates the project evaluation and obtaining approval to close out the project, documented within end project report.
Negotiates with clients and formulates the terms of collaboration agreements ensuring a mutually beneficial approach and safeguarding the project’s proper implementation.
Utilizes, in the most efficient way, the company's know-how as well as the human resources in order to successfully implement the assigned projects.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Economics.
PMI Certification and Postgraduate Degree will considered as an asset.
Minimum 4 years of experience in a relevant position with exposure in financial services industry.
Very good command of English.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Advanced communication and negotiation skills.
Highly organized with analytical thinking.
Strong business acumen.
Able to lead teams and to think strategically.
