A well-established manufacturing Group of companies is seeking to hire an experienced HR Generalist, responsible for providing support in a wide range of HR functions; HR strategy implementation, recruiting, onboarding, talent development, employee relations, and employment law compliance.
Supports in the successful implementation of personnel policies within the bounds of the Group’s overall policies, so as to achieve the maximum utilization and satisfaction of its human resources.
Handles the recruitment procedure, providing orientation to the newcomers.
Evaluates current capabilities and identifies the future talent resource needs to achieve organizational structure capacity through the resourcing of internal or external talents.
Implements the talent development strategy, analyzing and identifying training needs through the utilization of the existing tools and ensures the elaboration of the development plan.
Supports the organization in the delivery of the whole performance management process.
Assists in the development and implementation of the compensation and benefits strategy of the company.
Organizes updates and maintains employees' files, manuals and organizational charts.
Participates in meetings and gets involved in various HRM projects.
University degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
Postgraduate studies in Human Resources will be considered an asset.
3-5 years of experience in HR Generalist roles. Experience within the Manufacturing sector will be considered as an asset.
Experience in Talent Management process
Excellent knowledge of English (written and verbal).
Proficient with MS Office.
Familiarization with personnel administration processes.
Excellent interpersonal and very good communication skills.
Advanced organizing, planning and analytical skills.
Proactive and able to take initiatives.
Business-oriented with teamwork mentality.
