Our client, a leading supplier of solutions and services for electrical installations in residential, commercial and industrial buildings, is currently seeking to hire a Sales Engineer.
The job purpose is to anticipate business opportunities with the objective of increasing market share, enhancing profitability and brand image within the framework of defined business model and values & behaviours. Furthermore, to achieve or exceed personal sales targets generated through the individual customer portfolio and wholesaler network and to develop existing and to propose new partnerships to support short and mid-term regional objectives.
Key responsibilities
Manage Sales within assigned geographical territory, identifying all business opportunities to increase market share
Promote all products and solutions targeted to the residential and commercial sectors
Prepare quotations to wholesalers and contractors for ongoing projects
Ensure strong and balanced geographical coverage for all product offers
Prepare all relevant data and reports
Implement and comply with sales processes within the sales area
Electrical Engineering degree (University or Technical Education Institute)
Minimum 3 years sales experience with proven professional success
Dynamic personality, self-organized and self-motivated
Ability to complete assigned tasks autonomously
Excellent communication & selling skills
Sound commercial awareness and negotiation skills
Problem solving & analytical skills
Highly customer oriented
Good command of English language
Very good knowledge of MS office and ideally familiar with a CRM system
Flexibility of working hours to meet customer requirements
