Description / Requirements


Our client is a well-established company operating in the insurance industry and is seeking to recruit a Collection Agent.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely & effective manner

  • Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics

  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile

  • Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way

  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

  • Assist the team on ad hoc projects

Candidate Profile

 

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer support role/collection agent role 

  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types

  • Strong negotiation skills

  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively

  • Strong team player

  • English language knowledge
