Due to continued growth of operations, we are seeking to recruit a Manager to join our
Customer Experience Consulting team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients across multiple industry sectors and a team of experienced professionals by delegating, supporting and reviewing their work.
Support clients on their customer experience and digital transformation journeys.
Assist clients to define and deliver UX/CX strategies, Innovative Service Blueprints and Workflows, Customer Personas, Omni-channel Customer Journey Maps, Insights and Analytics.
Analyze and present insights to make technical recommendations.
Closely monitor new trends and assess impact to clients’ digital strategy and their customers’ journeys.
Contribute to thought leadership and knowledge management.
Candidates for this level must have the appropriate experience and qualifications as described below.
The successful candidate must have a minimum of 8 years of prior working experience with a focus on the following areas:
Customer Design-led Innovation
UX/CX product/ proposition design
Customer Personas & Journey Maps
Insights & Analytics
Sales & Marketing Transformation
Solid academic background in either Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Mathematics or Engineering from a prominent University (local or foreign) with a Master’s degree in a relative subject.
Ability to prioritize various work demands, manage a team of professionals, while meeting projects’ deadlines and budgets.
Strong relationship management and business development skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Greek and English.
Proficient in the use of the MS Office Suite.
