We are seeking candidates at the level of Senior Advisor to join our People Services Unit.

Purpose:

To deliver added value services to clients and strengthen long-term relationships with existing & prospective clientele.

Key tasks:

  • Plays a key role in diversified and challenging HR management projects related to reward management (salary surveys, benchmarking salary scales), HR analytics, workforce planning, HR Due Diligence, etc.

  • Participates in meetings with current and potential clients and becomes familiar with clients’ operations and needs.

  • Based on the information gathered from clients, he/she contributes to the implementation of the above-mentioned projects, liaising with clients in all phases of the projects and delivering high quality services.

  • Manages his/her personal workload so as to ensure that his/her work is completed to timescale and within budget, following internal quality and risk management processes and procedures.

Candidate Profile

 

General Requirements:

  • University degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, postgraduate degree in Business Administration, HR management.

  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience; experience in compensation and benefits, budgeting, reporting, accounting, and consulting will be considered a plus.

  • Strong numerical ability, analytical and conceptual thinking, knowledge in data analytics applications & tools.

  • Equally fluent in both Greek and English (verbal and written).

  • Professionalism, business understanding, commitment, enthusiasm, tenacity, achievement drive, team working ability, communication skills, ability to work under tight deadlines, client, and quality orientation
