Main Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Customer Experience & Analysis Executive will be primarily responsible for:  

  • Managing insurance portfolio and a 500.000 customer base.
  • Designing, implementing and managing campaigns and direct marketing activities, including direct mail, email, e-commerce, mobile app., statements/e-statements etc.
  • Conducting analysis-segmentation to create exploitable customer groups and making informed decisions on “next best product” campaigns.
  • Tracking and making behavior analysis of customer portfolio.
  • Identifying and driving cross and up-selling opportunities for multiple products.
  • Designing and managing anti-attrition policies and actions in order to maintain and develop customer base.
  • Networking with internal and external business stakeholders to grow the portfolio.
  • Developing business knowledge to effectively anticipate and define opportunities to apply business intelligence and analytics solutions to improve business outcomes.
  • Strategic monitoring of customer base, setting standards and making suggestions for improving Customer/Business Intelligence systems
  • Continuously pursuing and mastering new business intelligence skills to help increase the analytical “IQ" of the organization.

LEO Pharma is seeking to recruit a Customer Service Manager reporting to the Regional Finance & IT Director based in the regional office in Athens. 
 
Position Summary 

Maintain customer satisfaction by providing problem-solving resources through day-to-day coordination and management of customer orders, inquiries and/or complaints covering products ordered. Serve as liaison between appointed sales Areas of the company, supply chain/logistics, manufacturing, and stakeholder.
 
The Role
 
  • Monitor stock levels and adequate data received related to the forecasted local unit sales expectations and according to the required stock levels based on the contracts.
  • Generate periodic sales reports, evaluate and analyze data, re-design processes and implement changes. Update 24-month rolling forecast in terms of shipments and local sales. 
  • Coordinate with related departments on new product launches / existing product variations / re-registration. Cooperate with involved parties on product pricing and price certificates required for Ministry Of Health submissions.
  • Lead the tender quotation cycle in the Area of responsibility and all other requirements as per the quotation specifications.
  • Implement the Marketing strategy and fulfill customer service related contract obligations.  Contribute significantly to the achievement of budget goals.
  • Liaise between Customer Order Management department and customers on order processing effectiveness and customer file maintenance.
  • Liaise with all customer service responsibles in order to consolidate total sales data.
  • Handle customer complaints - product recall and report incidents according to the corporate policies.

We are currently seeking to hire a  Product Manager (LFD / Hotel Display) for our B2B Team

The LFD / HD Product Manager will manage, support and drive Samsung’s LFD and Hotel Display Business to ensure that Samsung will continue to grow through the market and sales targets are met and over achieved.  

Responsibilities

  • Initiates, implements and follows up product strategies as adapted in the local market.
  • Continuously collects, analyses and interprets market information regarding company own products as well as competitors and communicates findings to assigned Business Unit, in order to ensure that the market trends are properly planned and that various options are considered, enabling the attainment of sales objectives.
  • Prepares regular reports (Sales vs. target, growth/market share reports, segment sales, competitive products, sales forecasts etc.), through data collection from various sources, analyses them, and recommends actions for the improvement of sales effectiveness.
  • Creates product and solution offerings per vertical market.
  • Prepares the pricing strategy for all channel segments. Participates in design of target achievement schemes for specific potential partners.
  • Participates in design and execution of key commercial activities with major partners.
  • Communicates product offering and strategy per vertical market to the local sales force as well as to partners.
  • Coordinates marketing activities, and working closely with marketing department to develop product marketing strategy.
  • Establishes and maintains relations with Key Opinion Leaders, enhancing the company image and the product's reliability.
  • Prepares presentation for end customers including product offerings.

The HR Generalist acts as on-site HR support performing duties associated with some or all of the different functional HR areas not otherwise being managed by a CoE or Shared Services (e.g. Compensation and Benefits, Talent Acquisition etc). He/She will work with Center of Excellence representatives in the business or region to execute these various HR tasks using the strategy and tools provided by the Centers. This is a fixed term assignment (10 months). 

Reporting to the Country HR Director the ideal incumbent should possess: 

  • Capacity to understand people issues impacting the business and how the business can create profit and value
  • Ability to provide both verbal and written information clearly, succinctly and persuasively, as well as ability to influence others
  • Ability to reach agreements and consensus despite differing goals and priorities

  • Manages  specific HR projects as determined in the HR planning process 
  • Administers  total rewards (e.g. compensation programs, benefits) where necessary
  • Liaises with Payroll Vendor and compiles payroll data to maintain accurate payroll records 
  • Ensures  that payroll is executed according to  regulatory, statutory and legal requirements 
  • Assists with recruitment tasks (e.g. job posting, reviewing  applications and assessing candidates)
  • Provides management information related to the data held to assist HR and wider management decision making
  • Supports  managers  with execution of yearly HR processes such as Performance Management
