Description / Requirements

Our client is a multinational company well-established on the retail industry. 

The right incumbent will:

  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR function in order to effectively support the workflow
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
  • Compile and update employee records
  • Process documentation and analyze data to prepare reports and presentations
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
  • Follow daily plan and handle incoming calls and emails
  • Organise meetings and manage the department's internal and external communications
  • Assist in HR projects that aim at improving its administrative practices

Candidate profile

  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics or Human Resources
  • 2 years of working experience in a relevant position, ideally in project management or data analysis roles
  • Very good knowledge of standard administrative practices
  • Excellent command of German and English language is mandatory
  • Advanced PC Skills (Excel - Word - PowerPoint - Outlook)
  • Strong organizing and planning skills
  • Very good communication skills
  • Professional working standards and integrity
  • Flexibility and attention to detail
