Description / Requirements

Leading Energy Company, due to its dynamic expansion in the Greek Energy Market, is currently in process of recruiting, for its commercial department, a B2B Key Account Manager with the following details:

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare financial offers, analysis and reports for potential or existing customers 
  • Visiting existing and potential customers
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through sales and customer support services.
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements 
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams

Candidate profile

  • Degree in Engineering or Economics or Business Administration (Master’s degree is considered as an asset).
  • 2 - 5 years proven previous working experience in sales (Sales in the energy sector is considered as an asset).
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Clear and confident communication
  • Team spirit and results oriented
  • Ability to plan, prioritize and support multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Excellent knowledge of English
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel 
  • Driving license
  • Proven ability to work in a team environment
  • Willingness to travel
