We are seeking for an experienced Group Insurance Sales Executive (Employee Benefits, Pension Plans & Affinities) to join our team. The Sales Executive will report directly to the Sales Networks Manager and will be accountable for: 


Main Responsibilities / Accountabilities

  • Promoting and selling employee benefit and group pension plans
  • Developing the existing portfolio of employee benefit programs
  • Working together with companies/employers to analyze needs, design & implement employee benefits packages
  • Creating customized solutions based on customers’ unique needs
  • Developing and presenting to senior management teams written proposals 
  • Working with internal partners to cultivate and develop new business opportunities
  • Closely cooperating with other departments in the design, development and support of employee benefit and pension programs
  • Building productive, long lasting relationships with both customers and internal partners
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and support of key corporate initiatives 
  • Being up to date regarding latest trends 

Candidate profile

  • At least 5 years’ experience in group insurance (employee benefits and pension plans) and good knowledge of other insurance branches (e.g. motor, home)
  • Bachelor of Science in Business, Finance, Risk, Statistics or relevant field
  • Business Analysis skills 
  • Strong communication skills, in both Greek and English, with a proven track record of driving and closing deals to C-level 
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities within a fast-paced environment
  • Results oriented and able to deliver under pressure to short deadlines
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
