About the company:
A Leading multinational manufacturing company is currently recruiting for the role of Sales
Support Specialist. The primary activity of the company is the production of metal and
plastic containers. It is the market leader in Greece serving the biggest International and
Local Customers, mainly in the food and chemical sector, through its two factory sites.

 Role & Responsibilities:
• Developing and maintaining effective working relationship with Area Sales Manager
or Product Manager, as assigned.
• Manage customer expectations and provide an excellent customer service
• Processing sales orders to production planning dpt and manage relative internal
communication until final product is delivered to client
• Managing the administrative correspondence between sales team and their clients
• Monitoring customer accounts & providing data and reports to help the sales team
• Keeping track of sales targets, stock, scheduled orders, etc
• Keep a watchful eye on and be willing to share trends and activities important to our


Candidate profile

• B2B Sales Support working experience(1-3 years)
• Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Sales, Business, Marketing or related field
• Good Knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• SAP Knowledge is desirable (user level)
• Excellent Interpersonal skills - Business Acumen – Results oriented
• Outstanding negotiation, communication and organization skills
• Competency in English language
• Good customer care skills
• Good written and verbal English
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Quick to learn
• Proactivity
