Job Purpose

Manages and coordinates APIVITA all Hotel & Spa Marketing and Sales functions, to meet company’s strategic goals fully aligned with APIVITA philosophy and values.


Job Description/ Responsibilities

  • Communicates and pollinates APIVITA Philosophy and values.
  • Develops and is responsible for the effective implementation of the marketing strategy in Hotel & Spa distribution channel
  • Develops strong relationships with existing and new strategic customers
  • Manages the direct interface with partners to increase market penetration, develop market intelligence, and execute educational events and new product launches, all with the vision and mission to strengthen the APIVITA brand and philosophy
  • Is responsible for the account management of existing partners

Candidate profile

  • Minimum of 4 years previous experience in Marketing and/or Sales executive positions
  • Bachelor’s Degree and Master’s Degree in Marketing or Business Administration
  • Fluency in English. Other foreign languages will be an additional asset
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical / problem solving and organizational skills
  • Excellent use of MS-Office Tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Environmental awareness and high ecological intelligence
  • Self-motivation
  • Flexibility and ability to travel
