Description / Requirements

We are looking for a Motor Claims Adjuster with critical problem solving ability to join our team.
Main Responsibilities / Accountabilities
  • Handling the full cycle process of motor claims
  • Gathering, checking and maintaining records of all data and documentation so as to ensure the settlement of claims
  • Handling claims and calculating the amount of compensation under the terms of the contract.
  • Working towards out-of-court settlement of claims for damages
  • Estimating the final amount of claims and ensuring the payment procedure according to contract terms and company policies.
  • Communicating with insured customers and agents
  • Suggesting process improvements in order to support business in a more customer oriented way
  • Providing a high standard of customer service
  • Identifying fraud potential and make appropriate referrals
  • Dealing effectively with complaints

Candidate profile

  • 2-3 years of experience in Motor Claims Handling
  • High School Graduate, a Bachelor's degree will be considered as a plus
  • Legal knowledge on motor claims
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office
  • Fluency in English language
  • Excellent communication, time management & organizing skills,
  • Fast thinker
  • Attention to detail
