Description / Requirements

We are a leading and profitable Insurance Group and we are seeking to recruit a Sales Networks Development Executive (based in Thessaloniki). This role is critical to deliver profitable growth across brokers and agents portfolio and support network partnerships across all lines of business, for both existing policies and new business opportunities.

 

Main Responsibilities / Accountabilities

  • Monitor and further develop existing partnerships 
  • Coordinate and support brokers’ and agents’ requests in cooperation with company’s departments 
  • Monitor and evaluate quantitative and qualitative networks data
  • Assist in the development of brokers and agents sales plans 
  • Provide training to sales networks on new products, procedures, selling and negotiation techniques
  • Explore new partnership opportunities

Candidate profile

  • Bachelor degree in Business or relevant field
  • At least 5 years’ experience in insurance sales management 
  • Excellent knowledge of insurance products in all lines of business 
  • Strong communication skills, in both Greek and English
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities 
  • Results oriented 
  • Team player
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
